Jason Trump is the Education Partner Director Microsoft Asia Pacific. He is responsible for developing Microsoft’s education partner ecosystem across the region, including solution partners, ISV’s, publishers, and OEM’s that focus on education. He is also the regional lead for the Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller (AER) program.
Prior to moving to his current Microsoft role in early 2009, Jason held several positions with Microsoft Australia including Education Industry Manager, Education Solution Specialist and Enterprise Account Manager.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2001, Jason spent over eight yeas of his career at Queensland University of Technology and three years employed for network integration company, NetStar.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology. He participates actively in a number of education advisory groups, active career mentor and contributor to the education community.
Outside of work Jason combines his passion for photography, travel, and great food/wine.
